These Terms and Conditions govern any transaction between Lensdirect and our customers:
Prescription
It is important for the good health of your eyes that you have a checkup from an Optometrist or an Ophthalmologist at least every twelve months. It is your responsibly to ensure that you have a valid prescription that is less than twelve months old and LensDirect carries no liability should the prescription be incorrect.
Refunds
We will provide a full refund on any unopened lenses that are returned to us within five working days. If there is a manufacturer's fault or error by ourselves we will refund the full transaction value when the lenses are returned.
Privacy
We do not pass on any personal information to any third party under any circumstances. We use the information you supply us with solely for the supply of your disposable contact lenses. We do not store your credit card details.
Delivery
Delivery within New Zealand is by overnight courier. Orders over $100 will be sent Free of delivery charges, orders under $100 will be charged just $4.95.
